Mike has led VC4 since its inception, bringing OSS innovations to operators around the world. Prior to founding VC4, Mike gained rich insight into OSS challenges, thanks to his work with BT and KPN, using this experience as the inspiration for VC4-IMS and Service2Create. With degrees from Amsterdam University and HU University, Mike is a recognized expert and leader.
As Technical Director, Gerard is the architect responsible for the development path for VC4's solutions including IMS and Service2Create. Co-founder, Gerard gained deep experience from his career as an engineer with BT and other organizations, prior to establishing VC4, nearly two decades ago. He drives continuous innovation in our solutions, for our customers and partners.
Peter is responsible for all business and commercial activities. He joined VC4 in 2007 and has driven growth with operators and partners globally. Prior to VC4, Peter gained extensive experience in both operational and technical roles for companies such as Sytematix and BT. Dedicated to customer satisfaction, he builds lasting relationships in our community.
Leading our operations, Erik has enjoyed a long career in innovation and project management. Joining the team in 2020, he brought expertise in Information, Program and Service Management and Delivery, and Network Operations, helping VC4 to drive the next phase of our growth. Erik's background is in management consultancy and operational roles, gained from several sectors.
As Global Director of Geospatial Solutions, Flip is responsible for growing VC4's geospatial proposition, from embedding spatial intelligence and digital twin technology in Service2Create to bringing it to operators and utilities across the globe. He joined VC4 in 2026 after a career as CTO of a technology group, delivering digital platforms that automate engineering workflows for the utility and infrastructure sector. Educated in human geography and geographical information management, Flip translates complex spatial innovation into value for our customers.
